Role: Bookkeeper and Purchasing Office
Work Arrangement: Work from Office
Location: Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga)

Schedule: Morning Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Proven bookkeeping and accounts experience (AP, AR, bank reconciliations).
  • Knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Effective communicator with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • 2+ years proven experience in a bookkeeping role
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Proficiency with Xero
