Be part of our client's team as a Creative Production Designer delivering high-impact digital media, publishing, motion graphics, HTML5 banners, and print campaigns for premium global brands. The Talent We're Looking For

• 3-5 years in creative production design, multimedia, finished art, or digital campaign production

• Proficiency in using Excel spreadsheets for data-driven creative rollouts and automation workflows

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience building HTML5 / Rich Media banners

• Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign with strong layout and prepress knowledge

• Proven experience using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion-based campaign assets

• Experience leveraging AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT to optimize creative production workflows

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to present technical design decisions to Australian stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient delivery of high-volume assets by managing creative rollouts through agency automation tools and Excel-driven workflows

• Design and produce finished assets for integrated campaigns, including print advertising, event collateral, and digital display

• Create press-ready finished artwork for large-scale branding while ensuring strict adherence to prepress requirements and typography standards

• Build HTML5 digital banners and rich media assets optimized for various platforms

• Develop animated content and video assets that drive engagement across social and digital channels

• Maintain absolute consistency across premium brands such as Vogue, GQ, and leading Australian media publications while following strict module templates for email marketing

• Manage multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously using tools like Monday.com while ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
