• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data preparation, or similar roles
• Strong SQL skills, including data extraction, transformation, joins, and analysis
• Experience with at least one BI or dashboarding tool, such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
• Understanding of data structures, basic analytical techniques, and large dataset interpretation
• Exposure to Alteryx, Google Vertex, Python, R, or cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure is an advantage
• Experience with subscription management or billing systems such as Zuora, Piano, SAP, Billing Platform, or Stripe is a plus
• Background in media, telco, e-commerce, subscription, or finance industries is helpful but not essential
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in ambiguous datasets

• Work with large transactional datasets across tools such as BigQuery, Spark, or Redshift
• Clean, structure, and transform complex data for analysis and reporting
• Maintain data quality and ensure accuracy across dashboards and reports
• Use SQL to extract, join, and analyze datasets
• Produce clear insights that help teams understand customer behavior, product performance, and business trends
• Assist in consumer segmentation, behavioral analysis, and customer profiling
• Support initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and product performance
• Help integrate new metrics or data sources into existing reporting frameworks

• Accuracy and reliability of dashboards, reports, and analyses
• Adoption and usefulness of insights among internal teams
• Contribution to performance improvements in customer engagement and product metrics
• Timely delivery of analytical tasks and reporting updates
