Job Summary
The Purchasing Specialist is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and procuring materials, supplies, and services,. This role ensures that all purchases meet quality standards, are cost-effective, and are delivered on time to support smooth plant operations.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchases without compromising quality
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier database
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, pricing, or delivery
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all purchasing activities
- Assist in inventory monitoring to avoid shortages or overstocking
