TECHNICAL ANALYST
QUALIFICATION:
- Educational Qualifications
- At least college graduate, any related science and engineering course.
- Specialized training in water systems, wastewater treatment, or water quality monitoring
- Fresh graduate is welcome
- Technical Skills Required
- A strong candidate should have skills related to water systems and data analysis with Core technical skills
- Water quality analysis(pH, turbidity, TDS, contamination indicator and other standard in water analysis).
- Understanding of water treatment processes( filtration, chlorination, wastewater treatment).
- Hydrological data analysis(rainfall, groundwater, river flow).
- Sampling and laboratory testing procedure
- Report writing and technical documentation.
- Software/tools commonly required, Microsoft Excel( data analysis, dashboards) or any MS Office needed.
- Work Experience
- Internship in a water utility, environmental agency, or engineering firm.
- Experience field sampling or lab work.

- Conduct water sampling for Bacteriological Analysis
- Monitor trends in water supply and water usage
- Interpret Laboratory test result
- Prepare data reports using Microsoft Excel or other analysis tools.
- Identify possible contamination or system issues based on data
- Collect water samples from river groundwater, reservoirs, and pipelines.
- Support testing for physical, chemical, and biological parameter.
- Assist in monitoring wastewater discharge and treatment performance
- Maintain accurate records of water testing results.
- Prepare technical reports on water quality and system performance
- Present findings to engineers, supervisors, or governments agencies.
- Documents field observations and laboratory results
- Assist in preparing compliance reports related to environmental science and water safety standards
- Assist in water supply and wastewater projects
- Support field inspections of pipelines, treatment plants, and reservoirs
- Help analyze system performance and efficiency
- Provide technical data needed for planning and improvement projects
- Monitor compliance with water quality standards
- Assist in environmental monitoring programs
- Support audits and inspections
- Report any irregularities in water testing or system performance
