Site Manager (FMCG | Warehouse & Distribution | BOSH Required) for Iloilo

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment. The role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, on-time dispatch, and strict compliance with safety standards, including BOSH requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall site operations, including inbound, storage, picking, and dispatch
• Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of goods to customers
• Monitor and improve warehouse processes and productivity
• Enforce safety standards and compliance with BOSH and DOLE regulations
• Lead and develop supervisors and operations personnel
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation
• Coordinate with clients, transport teams, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and analyze operational reports and KPIs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field
• BOSH Certified (required)
• At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or FMCG operations
• Proven experience in people management and site leadership
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transport, and inventory systems
• Experience in SAP or WMS is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
