Core Responsibilities
  • Accurate Order and Billing Management:
  • Process sales orders and ensure all sales data, pricing, and customer information is accurately entered and maintained in the ERP/system to correct invoicing.
  • Generate and issue invoices, credit memos, and account statements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Client & Sales Team Liaison:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding their orders, billing, delivery schedules, and general support inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to provide updates on order status, address customer concerns, and ensure alignment on client accounts.
  • Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination:
  • Coordinate with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment and delivery of all wine orders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order, billing, or delivery issues quickly and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Client Relations & Retail Support:
  • Support the client onboarding process by setting up new accounts and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Provide after-sales support and assist walk-in customers in the Retail Shop, acting as a knowledgeable representative of the brand and products.
  • Previous retail customer service experience is preferred for this role.
  • Maintain up-to-date, comprehensive knowledge of our entire wine portfolio and company services.
  • Previous wine industry experience is preferred for this position.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of billing or accounting experience is required.
  • College graduate qualification is required for this position.
