- Accurately schedule and manage appointments for healthcare services
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters as needed
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes
- At least High School Graduate
- With at least 1 year BPO Healthcare Scheduling experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Fluency in English and the local language
