We’re looking for a results-driven Recruitment Officer to lead hiring across key business units. This role is ideal for someone who can balance speed, quality, and stakeholder management while driving strategic hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment for business support roles
- Build strong talent pipelines using effective and creative sourcing strategies
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align hiring with business needs
- Ensure candidates meet requirements before endorsement and maintain high hiring standards
- Manage onboarding readiness, background checks, and data accuracy
- Monitor manpower requirements and ensure all hires are within approved budgets
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, aging vacancies, and manpower status
- Track and report employee movements (hires, promotions, transfers, separations)
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related field
- 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or service-driven environment
- Experience handling mid- to senior-level roles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Organized, data-driven, and results-focused
