Mid Recruitment Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to support end-to-end talent acquisition across Accounting, Finance, Technology, and volume hiring functions. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring professionals across multiple disciplines while managing a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment.This role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to deliver quality hires within established timelines.
Required Qualifications- 3–5 years of recruitment experience with exposure to:
- Accounting and Finance recruitment
- Technology/IT recruitment
- High-volume or mass hiring environments
- Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting shared services, BPO, fintech, technology, or multinational organizations.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and workforce planning.
- Experience hiring for both professional and entry-level positions.
- Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
