Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee 201 files, contracts, and HR records with proper filing, confidentiality, and safekeeping.
- Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, etc.).
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, applicant screening, and hiring documentation.
- Support training programs, orientations, and seminars; maintain training records and documentation.
- Assist in the implementation of performance evaluation systems and support managers with reviews, coaching, and improvement plans.
- Coordinate payroll support, timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and administration of employee benefits and leaves.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and the Labor Code.
- Prepare and maintain HR administrative reports, including uniform inventory, employee accountabilities, and cash advances.
- Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
