We are a small yet highly capable team that serves as an extension of our Australian operations, providing high-quality engineering and administrative support.
Position: HR Generalist
This role is responsible for:
- Administration of salaries and benefits
- Management of employee records
- Compliance with statutory and internal reporting
- End-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Commerce, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent organization, filing, and tracking skills
- Ability to adapt to structured systems and procedures
- Can work with minimal supervision and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including procurement and maintenance of office supplies (e.g., toiletries, stationery, printing resources), coordination of equipment upkeep, and administration of utilities and service payments.
- Coordinate with Australian Counterpart, forecast office-related expenses and prepare budget requests to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data. Resolves discrepancies.
- Maintain our corporation’s bookkeeping requirements, working in collaboration with our bookkeeper and corporate lawyer.
- Process, monitor, and ensure timely renewal of business-related permits and certifications, including Business Permit, Sanitary Permit, Environmental Certificate, Fire Safety Certificate, and other requirements related to business compliance.
- Maintain compliance with government-mandated benefits and statutory reports (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, SEC).
- SSS/HDMF/Philhealth remittance (premium & loan), and other HR government mandatories
- Manages employee exit processes, including resignation handling, exit interviews, and separation documentation.
- Ensures compliance with labor laws and government regulations, including submission of required reports and handling of labor-related matters.
- Prepares and disseminates company announcements and HR communications to ensure proper internal information flow.
- Performs other HR-related duties and special assignments as may be directed by management.
