HR GENERALIST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment and seamless onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address workplace concerns and foster a positive culture.
- Payroll & Benefits: Administer compensation, benefits, and attendance tracking.
- Field Coordination: Coordinate with outsourced employees and field personnel.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws (DOLE compliance) and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Open to Fresh Graduates: Willingness to learn and grow with the company is key.
- Salary Offer: ₱18,000 – ₱35,000 (depending on experience).
