Sales and Marketing Officer

As Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies whilst identifying and cultivating sales opportunities that align with our organizational objectives. 1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration
2. Identify, prospect and nurture potential clients and business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold outreach and digital platforms
3. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and quotations to prospective clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements
4. Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
5. Collaborate with internal teams to gather market intelligence, competitive insights and customer feedback to inform marketing and sales strategies
6. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, sales data and campaign effectiveness to optimize results and identify areas for improvement
7. Support the development of marketing materials including content, graphics, brochures and digital assets that effectively communicate our value proposition
8. Participate in industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline progression using customer relationship management (CRM) systems

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
2. Proven experience of 2-4 years in a sales and marketing role or similar commercial position
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
4. Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities, develop value propositions and close sales
5. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, social media platforms and marketing analytics software
6. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications
8. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset and ability to build lasting professional relationships
9. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and marketing targets
10. Preferred experience in B2B sales or experience in the international business services sector
