MARKETING OFFICER

Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in marketing, sales, or business development within the construction or related industries.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's construction services and projects.
• Identify and pursue potential clients, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare marketing materials, company profiles, presentations, proposals, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather project information for marketing and business development activities.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist in organizing company events, project launches, exhibits, and networking activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Support the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and accreditation requirements.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and lead generation activities.
• Represent the company during client meetings, industry events, and business networking functions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, or client relations.
• Experience in the construction, engineering, real estate, or related industry is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of social media management, content creation, and branding strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
