MARKETING OFFICER

In a short time, Salon de Rose became well-known for beauty and grooming in Cebu City. Since 1974, it has focused on high-quality products and services to give customers the best experience. It was one of the first salons in Cebu to use the best hair care products and regularly trained its staff locally and abroad to stay updated on beauty trends.

As its client base grew, the management saw the potential in the beauty industry and aimed to lead the way. This led to the opening of more branches in and outside Cebu. Today, Salon de Rose Inc. has over 600 employees—and the number continues to grow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
• With at least 2-4 years of experience in marketing roles.
• Experience in digital marketing, graphic designing, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and/or campaign management is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and software (e.g., Adobe AI, Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is highly valued.
• Marketing officers need to be creative in developing marketing campaigns and innovative in solving problems.
• The ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions is crucial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
