Location: Hybrid Setup – Makati (2 days RTO, 3 days WFH, and 2 rest days) and must be willing to work on a shifting schedule)Salary: ₱30,000

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Email Support Outreach Representative with experience in handling online gaming or casino accounts. This role focuses on delivering timely, professional, and accurate email and chat support to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns related to online gaming/casino services
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards and response times
- Document interactions and ensure proper case tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams when necessary to resolve complex issues
- Experience in Customer Service/BPO environment
- 1+ year experience working in email or chat support (non-voice)
- Must have handled an online gaming or casino account
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
- Amenable to hybrid work setup in Makati
- Available to start ASAP
- CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Ticketing systems and case management tools
- Live chat platforms (e.g., Intercom, LiveChat)
- Email management tools (e.g., Outlook, Gmail business tools)
- Knowledge base systems and internal documentation tools
- Basic familiarity with fraud detection or account verification tools (for gaming/casino accounts)
