- Provide accurate support and escalate complex issues
- Maintain records of interactions

- 6 months customer service experience (non-voice or call center) pr 6 months Customer facing Experience
- Strong written communication skills
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Familiar with CRM tools (preferred)
- Team player with a customer-focused mindset
