- Document interactions and follow standard processes

Qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
- Strong written English communication skills
- Good typing speed and computer navigation skills
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
- Open to shifting schedules, including night shift
