• Resolve concerns, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Document interactions and follow standard processes

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• Strong written English communication skills
• Good typing speed and computer navigation skills
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
• Open to shifting schedules, including night shift
