Job Description:
The Project Finance Manager is responsible for financial planning, structuring, and monitoring of large projects. The role ensures projects are financially viable, properly funded, and managed according to approved budgets and financial frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop financial models for project feasibility and investment analysis
- Structure project financing, including bank loans, equity, and partnerships
- Manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reporting
- Monitor project financial performance and identify financial risks
- Coordinate with lenders, investors, and financial institutions
- Support contract negotiations and financial due diligence
- Prepare financial reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financing agreements and project financial controls
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA, CFA, or CPA is an advantage
- Experience in project finance, infrastructure, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Experience dealing with banks and project funding structures
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
- At least 5+ years of experience in project finance, infrastructure, or corporate finance
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA, CFA, or CPA is an advantage
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Experience dealing with banks and project funding structures
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
