About this Role
This role manages end-to-end hiring—from posting job ads and screening applicants to coordinating offers, background checks, and onboarding. You’ll also maintain records, prepare HR reports, and support company objectives by handling additional HR tasks and ensuring smooth, compliant processes.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Psychology or any Human Resource or Business-related field.
- With at least two (2) years of experience in a related HR recruitment role.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: posting job ads, attending career fairs, screening resumes, administering tests, and conducting interviews with HR Business Partners.
- Coordinate hiring processes: endorsement of applicants, salary proof coordination with Compensation Team, background checks, and issuance of company IDs/ATMs.
- Maintain applicant and employee records, monitor personnel requests, and prepare reports on headcount, attrition, retention, sourcing, and hiring.
- Perform additional HR-related tasks, support company objectives, and take corrective action on nonconformities.
