Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant who can provide direct support to senior management while also contributing to marketing initiatives and handling virtual assistant tasks. This role requires someone versatile, proactive, and capable of balancing executive support with creative and operational responsibilities.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven Experience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or Virtual Assistant.
• Strong Organizational Skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent Communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Office Tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and executive communications.
• Support social media campaigns, content creation, and promotional activities.
• Handle administrative tasks, email management, and client correspondence.
• Track deliverables, prepare reports, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Draft presentations, proposals, and maintain organized records.
