Chong Hua Hospital is looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager who is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, cash management, and cost-control initiatives. The role ensures the accuracy of financial records, monitors financial performance, improves processes and internal controls, and collaborates with department leaders to drive operational efficiency and support the organization's financial objectives.

• Ensures fairly accurate monthly financial statements
• Ensures accurate and timely posting of accounts, invoices, account payments, etc.; investigates notable deviations from established parameters for each department, such as expenses or accounts delinquency, etc.
• Collaborates with the department head to implement protocols and standards to address the gap;
• Analyzes daily bank reconciliations and placements, as applicable and ensures that accounts are adequately funded to cover daily disbursements.
• Responsible for the review and streamlining of processes, systems & tools, and policies to continuously improve the quality of service in the department.
• Measures level of efficiency and makes recommendations for its continuous improvement. Communicates this and other similar cost-control activities across the organization.
• Establishes and manages cost-control measures for the organization aligned with the business direction and the department’s goals and objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. A post-graduate certificate or other relevant certification is preferred.
• With relevant work experience including at least 2 years in managerial or leadership role, may it be in General Accounting, Internal Audit and Business Processes, Inventory Control Processes and Standards, Financial Forecasting, Budgeting and Analysis, and Strategic Management.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Possesses leadership qualities to aid in building, maintaining, and elevating relationships with Chong Hua Hospital internal and external stakeholders and drive the achievement of business strategies and results.
• Demonstrated understanding of basic corporate office software, including Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in the Visayan dialect and/or Tagalog is required
