Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu City, Philippines. The Audit and Accounting Associate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and conducting audits.The role includes assessing financial data for accuracy and integrity, providing insightful recommendations to clients, and supporting financial reporting and control improvements. Collaboration with team members and effective communication with clients are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data, identify trends, and offer actionable insights
- Proficiency in Finance and preparation of Financial Statements
- Knowledge and experience in Auditing processes and techniques
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client-facing and team collaboration scenarios
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA qualification preferred)
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial data analysis
- Experience in international or multi-country finance and auditing frameworks is a plus
