HR Generalist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly capable and motivated HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy implementation.This role is essential to ensuring a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and coordinate HR programs, policies, and procedures.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless integration.
- Maintain employee records (digital and physical) and HRIS systems.
- Support employee performance review cycles and training initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs.
- Assist in handling employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEOC).
- Coordinate benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and communications.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Contribute to fostering a positive work environment and inclusive company culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR software systems (e.g., ADP, BambooHR, Workday).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced or growing organization.
