PRODUCT MANAGER

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and management of our products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while working closely with vendors, sales teams, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Selection & Vendor Management
Work with vendors to curate and select products that align with business goals and customer needs. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
  1. Inventory Management
Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability without overstocking. Work with warehouse and other internal teams to streamline inventory processes.
  1. Sales Collaboration & Support
Provide the sales and other internal teams with the necessary product information, pricing, and promotional strategies. Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend adjustments to product offerings.
  1. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct research to understand market trends and customer preferences. Benchmark product offerings against competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track product performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements. Generate reports for leadership to assess product profitability and sales impact.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities.
  1. Compliance & Best Practices

Implement best practices in vendor and inventory management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

l Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the IT or technology industry.

l Knowledge of networking products, CCTV systems, and other IT-related solutions.

l Ability to negotiate pricing and support from vendors.

l Excellent communication skills.

l Results-oriented mindset and ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

l Self-motivated and goal oriented.

l Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Skills:

l Experience in managing products for multi-brand portfolios.

l Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and quickly respond to market changes.

ASSISTANT PRODUCT MANAGER

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Product Manager to support brand growth, increase brand awareness, support internal documentations and assist team deliverables. The ideal candidate should possess high attention to detail, collaborative with excellent communication skills.

The candidate should be capable of travelling to various provinces to conduct trainings and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Product Manager on internal process and documentation on deliverables
  • Prepare brand purchase orders in coordination on with product manager and or vendors if necessary. · Process internal product promo on documentations to proceed program release with close monitoring of ongoing programs.
  1. Stock monitoring from initial order process to inventory cycle analysis
  • Coordinate with other departments for mely stock arrival updates with correct system availability updates.
  • Support The product manager with close monitoring of various stock inventory with inventory analysis for overall brand inventory health
  1. Brand Promo on and Awareness
  • Conduct product trainings from me to me in support to overall brand growth
  • Conduct tandem client visits with sales team to gather feedback and facilitate brand promotions
  • Support overall brand growth with additional push to both internal and external stakeholders on existing promotions
  • Propose brand development programs with high collaborations on with the Sales Team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Educations on and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, management, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, market development with industry experience preferred.
  1. Core Skills
  • High attention n on to detail with good inventory analysis
  • High sense of urgency with pro-active approach on delegated task
  • Excellent market analysis and business insight, with the ability to quickly identify market opportunities.
  • Strong communication on and presentation on skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP systems.
