ASSISTANT PRODUCT MANAGER
Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Product Manager to support brand growth, increase brand awareness, support internal documentations and assist team deliverables. The ideal candidate should possess high attention to detail, collaborative with excellent communication skills.The candidate should be capable of travelling to various provinces to conduct trainings and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Product Manager on internal process and documentation on deliverables
- Prepare brand purchase orders in coordination on with product manager and or vendors if necessary. · Process internal product promo on documentations to proceed program release with close monitoring of ongoing programs.
- Stock monitoring from initial order process to inventory cycle analysis
- Coordinate with other departments for mely stock arrival updates with correct system availability updates.
- Support The product manager with close monitoring of various stock inventory with inventory analysis for overall brand inventory health
- Brand Promo on and Awareness
- Conduct product trainings from me to me in support to overall brand growth
- Conduct tandem client visits with sales team to gather feedback and facilitate brand promotions
- Support overall brand growth with additional push to both internal and external stakeholders on existing promotions
- Propose brand development programs with high collaborations on with the Sales Team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educations on and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, management, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, market development with industry experience preferred.

- High attention n on to detail with good inventory analysis
- High sense of urgency with pro-active approach on delegated task
- Excellent market analysis and business insight, with the ability to quickly identify market opportunities.
