Plant Manager

We’re seeking an experienced, dynamic Plant Manager to oversee Warehouse, Production, QA, and Logistics teams. You’ll drive operational efficiency and productivity while implementing safety and quality standards. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the yard’s operations team to meet goals across Warehouse, Production, QA, and Logistics.
• Assess operational procedures, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
• Optimize resources to maintain cost-effective processes, meet goals, and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations to set policies, procedures, and assist with budget management.
• Monitor data and operational metrics to achieve productivity targets and reduce costs.
• Address operational disruptions, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to minimize production impact.
• Provide guidance on staffing, training, performance reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field.
• 5+ years of experience in plant or operations management, particularly in manufacturing or construction industries.
• Proven experience in team management, plant operations, cost control, and production schedules.
• Experience in lean manufacturing or other process improvement methodologies.
• Have strong industry-relevant experience in a managerial capacity.
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work professionally and effectively in a wide range of areas.

Area of Assignment: CEBU - TAGUNOL and MANILA - VALENZUELA BRANCHES
