Urgent Hiring: Facilities & Equipment Manager (Electrical/Mechanical Engineer)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• Professional licensure as a Registered Engineer is an advantage but not required
• Additional certifications in Facilities Management, Maintenance Management, or ISO standards are an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities and equipment maintenance within a manufacturing or plant environment
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, overseeing technical teams
• Proven experience in implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing spare parts inventory, and coordinating with external suppliers
• Hands-on experience with equipment calibration, utility management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Experience supporting ISO standards and driving continual improvement initiatives is an advantage
