Account Executive

About the role

Wonderzyme Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.

• Managing a portfolio of strategic client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
• Developing and executing account plans to drive growth, maximise revenue and ensure client satisfaction
• Identifying new opportunities to expand business with existing clients through cross-selling and upselling
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client challenges
• Providing regular updates and reports on account performance and activity
• Maintaining detailed records of all client interactions and communications
• Representing the company at client meetings, events and industry functions

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar account management or sales role, preferably within the account and relationship management industry
• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients at all levels
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Degree in Sales, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
