About the role

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Helpdesk Support L1 to join our dynamic team at Manpower Philippines in the Cebu IT Park. As a Helpdesk Support L1, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients, ensuring their IT-related queries and issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing
  • Works directly with customers to resolves recurring or standard problems
  • Provides daily and weekly incident tracking sheets to report on performance
  • Reviews incident history to determine recurring faults
  • Provides technical support and assistance to clients and businesses regarding hardware and software issues
  • Provides support with installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software, as well as fixing any issue related to the equipment that may come up on a daily basis
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
  • Working knowledge of common hardware, software, and network technologies, including Windows, Office 365, and basic networking concepts
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality support
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
