Sourcing and Talent Attraction Associate (Makati City/Hybrid)

As a Sourcing Associate, you will play a vital role in the early stages of the talent acquisition process by identifying and engaging high-potential candidates for corporate roles. Your primary focus will be on talent attraction, proactive sourcing, and building strong candidate pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.

You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent, while promoting a positive employer brand in the market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Stakeholder Collaboration & Intake Alignment
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Participate in intake and calibration sessions to align sourcing strategies with hiring goals.
  1. Talent Attraction & Sourcing
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, Boolean search, social media, professional networks, and other digital platforms.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture passive and active candidates through personalized outreach and relationship-building.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.
  1. Market Research & Talent Mapping
  • Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitor insights, and sourcing opportunities.
  • Build and maintain talent maps and sourcing databases for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  1. Candidate Engagement & Pre-Screening
  • Initiate contact with potential candidates and conduct initial qualification calls to assess interest, availability, and basic fit.
  • Provide a positive and informative candidate experience during the early stages of the recruitment process.
  1. Pipeline Management & Handoff
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or sourcing tracker.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to seamlessly transition qualified candidates for further assessment and interviews.
  1. Data & Records Management
  • Ensure accurate documentation of sourcing activities, candidate interactions, and status updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data privacy standards in handling candidate information and sourcing records.
  1. Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing tools, templates, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with internal sourcing guidelines and external data protection regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sourcing and talent attraction, preferably within a multinational or shared services environment.
  • Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup, with at least 3 days onsite per week at the Makati City office (OneAyala).
  • Amenable to a 6-month project-based employment contract, with potential for regularization based on performance and business needs.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
