Recruitment Consultant (Makati City/Hybrid)

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be a key contributor to the success of the RPO project by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for corporate roles. You will manage recruitment activities —from sourcing and screening to candidate endorsement and job offer—while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Your strategic partnership with stakeholders and proactive talent engagement will help build a strong workforce aligned with our company’s goals and culture.
Responsibilities- Stakeholder Collaboration & Calibration
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
- Conduct regular calibration meetings to align on candidate profiles and hiring expectations
- Talent Attraction & Sourcing
- Collaborate with sourcing team to develop and execute attraction strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Represent the company brand effectively to attract high-quality talent.
- Screening & Assessment
- Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate assessments or technical evaluations as needed.
- Candidate Experience & Relationship Management
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values and culture.
- Offer Management & Onboarding Coordination
- Collaborate with HR and key stakeholders to prepare and extend competitive job offers.
- Coordinate with onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Data & Records Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance on documentation of candidate interactions, assessments, and hiring decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably within a multinational or shared services environment.
- Proven track record in hiring for both corporate and niche roles.
- Hands-on experience with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with at least 3 days onsite per week at the Makati City office (OneAyala).
- Open to a 6-month project-based employment contract, with potential for regularization based on performance and business needs.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
