As a Sourcing Lead, you will drive strategic talent attraction efforts and lead a team of sourcing associates in building high-quality candidate pipelines for both corporate and niche roles. You will play a crucial role in designing and executing sourcing strategies, enhancing outreach effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with evolving business hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing Leadership
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various corporate functions.
- Partner with Recruitment Leads and hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and translate them into actionable sourcing plans.
- Monitor sourcing effectiveness and continuously refine approaches based on data and market trends.
- Team Management & Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sourcing associates to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Talent Market Intelligence
- Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and sourcing opportunities.
- Share market intelligence with stakeholders to support strategic workforce decisions.
- Candidate Engagement & Pipeline Management
- Oversee the development and maintenance of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through personalized engagement and timely communication.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure smooth handoff of qualified candidates for further assessment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a strategic partner to recruiters and business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on sourcing strategies.
- Participate in intake and calibration sessions to align on candidate profiles and sourcing priorities.
- Data & Records Management
- Ensure accurate documentation of sourcing activities, candidate interactions, and pipeline status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Uphold data privacy and confidentiality standards in all sourcing-related processes.
- Process Optimization & Compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve sourcing workflows, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to recruitment and data handling.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent sourcing and attraction, with a strong focus on corporate and niche roles.
- 1- 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a sourcing or recruitment team, with proven ability to drive performance and foster team development.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—preferably within a multinational or shared services setting.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Workday, and sourcing tools including AI platforms, LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.
- Strong analytical and market research skills, with the ability to translate talent insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup, with at least 3 days onsite per week at the Makati City office (One Ayala).
- Amenable to a 6-month project-based employment contract, with potential for regularization based on performance and business needs.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
