Team Lead, Sourcing and Talent Attraction (Makati City/Hybrid)

This position calls for a proactive and strategic leader with a strong command of sourcing best practices, talent market insights, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sourcing Leadership

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various corporate functions.
• Partner with Recruitment Leads and hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and translate them into actionable sourcing plans.
• Monitor sourcing effectiveness and continuously refine approaches based on data and market trends.

1. Team Management & Development

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sourcing associates to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

1. Talent Market Intelligence

• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and sourcing opportunities.
• Share market intelligence with stakeholders to support strategic workforce decisions.

1. Candidate Engagement & Pipeline Management

• Oversee the development and maintenance of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through personalized engagement and timely communication.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure smooth handoff of qualified candidates for further assessment.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a strategic partner to recruiters and business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on sourcing strategies.
• Participate in intake and calibration sessions to align on candidate profiles and sourcing priorities.

1. Data & Records Management

• Ensure accurate documentation of sourcing activities, candidate interactions, and pipeline status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Uphold data privacy and confidentiality standards in all sourcing-related processes.

1. Process Optimization & Compliance

• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing workflows, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to recruitment and data handling.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent sourcing and attraction, with a strong focus on corporate and niche roles.
• 1- 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a sourcing or recruitment team, with proven ability to drive performance and foster team development.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—preferably within a multinational or shared services setting.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Workday, and sourcing tools including AI platforms, LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.
• Strong analytical and market research skills, with the ability to translate talent insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup, with at least 3 days onsite per week at the Makati City office (One Ayala).
• Amenable to a 6-month project-based employment contract, with potential for regularization based on performance and business needs.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
