Job Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a multi-regional sales team across the Philippines.
- Set clear sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and field visits.
- Address performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure alignment and productivity across dispersed teams.
- Business Development & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies to grow market share.
- Acquire new accounts and strengthen relationships with key customers (hospitals, laboratories, clinics).
- Identify new business opportunities and regional market trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Sales Planning, Forecasting & Reporting
- Establish structured forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting systems.
- Monitor regional sales performance and ensure accurate reporting.
- Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and resource allocation.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
- Product & Market Development
- Support product launches and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for market education efforts.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market intelligence.
- Identify opportunities for new products and market segments.
