Operations & Program Management
- Plan, organize, and oversee program and project execution across all Foundation sites
- Receive and review field reports; address operational issues and escalate as needed
- Conduct quarterly program assessments and on-site field reviews
- Chair weekly staff meetings; prepare consolidated operational reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Oversee disaster-relief response mobilization when activated
- Support annual and program-level budgeting during planning cycles
- Monitor budget vs. actuals and recommend adjustments; review and validate liquidations submitted by staff after each activity
- Ensure cost efficiency and proper resource allocation — making sure that money, supplies, time, and people are used wisely and not wasted, while still delivering quality services to beneficiaries
- Review project expense requests and field-staff cash advances for budget alignment before approval
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings to government agencies (SEC, DSWD, DOST, BIR, LGUs, and others)
- Manage institutional accreditations, memberships, and permit renewals
- Prepare board materials, resolutions, and institutional legal instruments
- Safeguard all legal and institutional documents
- Oversee documentation and caretaker supervision for Foundation-affiliated properties in Palawan
- Coordinate with parent-company leads on titling, compliance, and property matters
- Process and track caretaker payments; conduct periodic site visits (quarterly at minimum)
