About the role
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Zirconia, Inc. for our two premium brand: Dylan Patisserie and Cutt and Grill ensuring exceptional customer experience, maintaining high food quality and safety standards, and driving business growth through effective menu planning, inventory management, and team leadership.
What you'll be doing- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions to ensure seamless execution.
- Menu Planning and Cost Control: Optimize menu engineering, pricing, and inventory management to drive sales and profitability.
- Team Management: Supervise staff, provide training and development opportunities to enhance performance and retention.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experiences through effective service standards and issue resolution.
- Quality Control: Maintain high food quality, presentation, and safety standards to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and optimize suppliers to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage operational expenses and revenue projections to drive business growth and profitability.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Process Improvement: Implement efficient procedures and streamline operations to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a management or operational leadership role within the hospitality industry

- Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques to drive operational improvements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
