About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring all construction works are delivered within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documents

Manage project budgets and monitor cost variations throughout project execution

Assist in contract administration, including progress billing and variation orders

Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and financial objectives

Provide regular cost reports and forecasting updates to management

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation (construction industry preferred)

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing standards

Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimating software (if applicable)

Excellent analytical and communication skills

High attention to detail and strong organizational ability

Job summary

Perform cost management & conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs. Ensures that the project is done within the budget.
