About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team at Autoglass.Ph.,Inc' in Iloilo City, Iloilo. In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our warehouse and distribution operations.
What you'll be doing- Providing general administrative and clerical support, including document preparation, data entry, filing and record-keeping
- Assisting with the coordination of logistics and inventory management
- Answering and responding to phone and email enquiries from customers and suppliers
- Maintaining and updating databases and spreadsheets
- Providing support for special projects and events as needed
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
