Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes
- Screen calls, emails, and other communications professionally
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records
- Assist in handling administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and business partners
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks and projects
- Handle errands and external meetings when necessary
- Drive executives to meetings, appointments, or business-related activities when required
- Support event planning and company activities
- Perform other duties assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and knows how to drive
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and office management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Flexible, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
