IT Compliance Officer

Work Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm, On-site)

1. Serve as the company’s designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
2. Manage and support daily IT operations, including business systems, infrastructure, networks, and user support.
3. Maintain and troubleshoot retail store systems to ensure stable and efficient operations.
4. Coordinate with HQ technical teams and vendors for system incidents, implementations, and enhancements.
5. Support business requirements through system improvements, automation, and process optimization.
6. Handle IT asset management, system administration, and access control management.
7. Assist in system implementation, testing, documentation, and user training.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support.
3. Familiarity with ERP systems, retail systems, and office business applications is an advantage.
4. Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
5. Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
6. Proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
