Contract Recruiter

Job Summary:

Seeking for a motivated and results-driven Contract Recruiter to support hiring needs across multiple departments. The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for temporary, contract, and project-based positions.

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases for contract and temporary roles.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Negotiate rates, availability, and onboarding timelines with candidates.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates to stakeholders.

• Candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, Seek, Indeed and other recruitment tools.
• Interviewing and screening candidate

• Recruitment reporting and tracking

• Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring for contract, temporary, or project-based roles preferred.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
