• Partner with Business Development and Operation teams and other customer facing units and stakeholders, to produce first in class, relevant, timely and cost-effective solutions and offerings that addresses our customer's need;
• Oversees the entire product life development life cycle (conceptualization, analysis, prototyping, design, coding, build, test, release, deploy, support, user-feedback, enhance);
• Manage the day to day operations of the Product Development team
• Ensure retention of right talents to support our technology platforms by recruitment or outsource or by nurturing from within
• AFPI NOC is manned 24x7 and performs the following process: Servicer, database & network management, Network monitoring and administration including cloud services, Administer the server software components of the RAIL L4 & L3, Provides SMEs as necessary for projects in both Rail and non-rail environment, SLA follow through, Vendor and contractor management of HW & SW maintenance, Proper work authorization, Leads and monitors the IT/NOC team members, Assist the other business units for the implementation of new product/ system functionalities, Overlooking rail software deployment/ installation updates, troubleshooting and distribution across all rail devices, Preparation and submission of accurate KPI

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Computer Science, Engineering, Management or similar course* Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional IT and/or Solutions Development experience - in managerial or executive capacity* Preference with background experience or certification in Scrum Agile method and GitHub or similar methods and platform* Experience in overall governance of Application Lifecycle Management and Development Operations* Experience in managing high-powered teams in building complex applications for cross-platform support using multi-stack development and platforms such as .Net, Java, Flutter, React IDEs, and Figma for mobile, web, desktop, feature devices* This includes familiarity with backend SOA or microservices on .Net, J2EE, Linux, DBMS, Message Queues, SQL Lite, or Firebase with APIs on REST, JSON, SOAP, XMLGRPC, KAFKA* Working knowledge with Bigdata and Data flake frameworks, platforms and tools for Business Intelligence and Analytics* Overall management of Builds, Versions, Source Codes with GitHub and publish mobile applications with Google play and Appstore* Familiarity with Scrum Framework for a super agile and adaptive development methodology
