Cost Accounting Manager (F&B/FMCG)

Mandaluyong | On-site | Monday to Friday

This role plays a key part in driving cost efficiency, improving margins, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee end-to-end costing processes for F&B and/or FMCG operations
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard costing systems (including product and recipe costing)
• Conduct cost variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor inventory levels, wastage, and cost controls across production and distribution
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and procurement teams to optimize cost efficiency
• Prepare detailed cost reports, margin analysis, and profitability insights
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop the cost accounting team

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required
• Minimum of [X] years of relevant experience in F&B and/or FMCG industries
• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end costing, inventory management, and cost control
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in multi-site manufacturing or retail operations
• Background in high-volume production or distribution environments
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
