What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Effectively and adequately handle transactions and deliver an outstanding customer experience through phone and email
- Act timely on feedback provided by internal and external stakeholders with the objective of improving performance
- High School Graduate
- Must have at least 1 year customer service or technical support experience in a BPO setup supporting international customers
- Must have at least 6 months experience in a voice account
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Positive, self-motivated, and energetic
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts
- Can work at Robinsons Cybergate 1, Pavia, Iloilo
