Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business
• With experience and knowledge in credit and collection.
• Basic knowledge in accounting- Driven at meeting targets.
• Basic knowledge of IT/Technology Applications

Job Description:

• Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.- Monitor and track delinquent and overdue accounts.
• Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on agreed company and customers' financial situations.
• Notify customers of delinquent accounts and advise of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
• Answer customer questions regarding problems with their accounts.
• Confer with customers by telephone or in person to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of sales, service, or credit contracts.
• Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.
• Perform various clerical and administrative functions for assigned accounts, such as recording address changes of customers and writing reports.
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
• Track and monitor accounting and financial records to ensure compliance to SLAs
• File and maintain documents or records.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
