Junior Systems Operations Assistant (Fresh Graduates Welcome!)

Second and more importantly this role is a hands-on apprenticeship.

You will work directly onsite with our SysOps Manager, who will personally train you to build, manage, and execute complex automation platforms for our clients.

If you have the right mindset, we will teach you the rest.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Office & Admin Support: Working onsite to handle day-to-day errands, basic administrative work, and ensuring the operational side of the startup is organized.
• Systems Apprenticeship: Shadowing the SysOps Manager to learn the architecture of our client systems, eventually helping to build and troubleshoot automated workflows.
• Clear Communication: Acting as a reliable, professional point of contact in English for various internal tasks and systems documentation.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: A recent graduate with a degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), or a closely related technical field.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English. You must be a clear, confident, and professional communicator.
• Mindset: An absolute eagerness to learn, a strong moral compass, and unquestionable trustworthiness. You must thrive in a dynamic, hands-on startup environment.
• Tech-Savvy Foundation: A solid basic understanding of IT/CS principles so you can quickly grasp new software and automation tools.
