Job Summary: We are looking for a sharp and client-focused Client Success Manager VA (GoHighLevel) to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, converting their goals into actionable marketing strategies while championing their priorities internally.

The ideal candidate is analytical, articulate, and energized by a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the dedicated liaison for assigned client accounts, developing strong, trust-based long-term relationships
  • Review marketing performance data and craft clear, insight-driven strategies tailored to each client's specific goals
  • Guide clients through their marketing journey by setting realistic expectations and grounding key decisions in analytics
  • Represent client priorities internally, ensuring the team consistently delivers on every commitment made
  • Track campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and forward-looking strategic recommendations
  • Work cross-functionally using HighLevel CRM and Teamwork to coordinate workflows and manage deliverables
  • Proactively surface opportunities to improve client outcomes and put forward targeted optimizations
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's business model, industry, and core objectives

Mandatory Skills:

  • Established experience in a client-facing marketing or account management role
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategic direction
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, with specific expertise in GoHighLevel (HighLevel)
  • Outstanding English communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
  • Sharp critical thinking skills and the ability to accurately interpret nuanced client feedback
  • Polished and composed in client-facing settings, able to think quickly and respond effectively in real time
  • Reliable, highly organized, and capable of managing responsibilities with minimal oversight
  • A collaborative approach when working alongside internal team members

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience within a digital marketing agency environment
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Teamwork
  • Background in performance marketing including paid advertising, SEO, or related disciplines
  • Track record of managing multiple client accounts at the same time without sacrificing quality
  • Comfort operating within structured, documentation-driven workflows
  • Genuine enthusiasm for staying current with evolving marketing trends and best practices
