They provide training, set goals, monitor performance, and guide the team through client handling and closing strategies.They also coordinate marketing efforts, support negotiations, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive consistent sales growth.
Qualifications/Requirements- College Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 2 years experience managing a sales team of sales agents
- Having an existing sales team is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Real estate background is required
- Can start as soon as possible
