They also coordinate marketing efforts, support negotiations, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive consistent sales growth.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • College Graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least 2 years experience managing a sales team of sales agents
  • Having an existing sales team is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Real estate background is required
  • Can start as soon as possible
