Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating new business by identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing ones, negotiating contracts, and overseeing site inspections to showcase the hotel's facilities,
• Maximize revenue by achieving sales targets through strategic marketing and client engagement; collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and represent the hotel at industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities and amenities to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients to secure bookings while maximizing profitability.
• Prepare customized proposals outlining pricing, services, and packages to meet specific client needs.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management on sales trends and forecasts.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
• Together with Marketing, represent the hotel at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and build industry connections
• Actively seek out new clients through fieldwork and networking

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related course
• Preferably with 1 year experience in Sales
• With strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sales leads, deadlines, and administrative tasks efficiently
• Awareness of local market dynamics, competitor, and industry trends
• Understanding of the sales cycle, lead generation strategies, and closing techniques.
• Willing to work in the field
• Amenable to work in Angeles City, Pampanga
