About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Associate to represent our company, Olive Co. Inc. in Pet Express SM Clark. As a Sales Associate you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our diverse range of pet products and accessories.This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing- Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with our clients
- Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products
- Maintaining expert product knowledge to advise customers and address their queries effectively
- Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Providing feedback and insights to help improve our product offerings and customer service
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales or retail role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new products and trends
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong drive to succeed
